Boogie Woogie Special on Friday - Intermediate-Advavanced

The perfect course for every intermediate and advanced dancers. You know all the basics and many variations of Boogie Woogie. You can dance easy to a great range of tempos with any partner. You want to learn some fun stuff for your dancing and improve your style by getting to know the style of the teacher.

Boogie Woogie Intermediate

You know the basics and some variations in Boogie. You want to improve your dancing skills and learn new patterns to feel confident on the dance floor. You want to find your own style and be more musical. You want to learn new moves and variations to spice up your dancing. 

Boogie Woogie Advanced

You breathe connection and you no longer need to think about basics! You can dance to a great range of tempos and with any partner (from freshly beginners to advanced dancers). You can lead or follow variations and complex patterns without thinking. You feel confident on the social dance floor and even fast or difficult music won’t stop you! Sometimes you might have connection issues. You want to improve your style by getting to know the style of the teachers.

You would like to get a taste how to dance boogie and get ready to dance straight away at our welcome party. Then this is the perfect workshop for you. The course for all new beginners.

Du möchtest mal in die Welt des Boogies hineinschnuppern und dich direkt für unsere Welcome Party tanzready machen. Dann ist das der perfekte Workshop für dich. Der Kurs für alle Neuanfänger:innen. 

Boogie Woogie Intermediate

Du kennst die Basics und einige Boogie Variationen. Du möchtest deine Tanzfähigkeiten verbessern, neue Bewegungen und Muster lernen, um dein Tanzen aufzupeppen und dich noch sicherer auf dem Parkett zu fühlen. Du möchtest deinen eigenen Stil entwickeln und musikalischer werden.

Boogie Woogie Advanced

Du achtest stark auf die Verbindung und musst nicht mehr über die Basics nachdenken. Du kannst auf ein breites Spektrum an Tempi mit unterschiedlichsten Partnern (von Tanzanfängern bis zu erfahrenen Tänzer*innen) tanzen. Du kannst komplexe Bewegungsabläufe und Variationen führen und folgen ohne nachzudenken. Du fühlst dich auf dem Parkett sicher und auch schnelle oder komplizierte Musik hält dich nicht auf. Hie und da arbeitest du noch an der Tanzverbindung. Du möchtest deinen Stil verbessern, indem du den Stil der Trainer lennenlernst.

FAQ

How does it work with tickets for single leaders and followers? The long answer:

For a balanced experience we only allow a certain number of surplus leaders or followers. Therefore, if there is an adequate balance, tickets for both roles are available as long as the workshop is not already sold out completely.  If there are no tickets available for your role but for the other role, it means, that the maximum surplus of your role has been reached or all tickets of your role are sold. As long as couple tickets are available, there is a chance (not a guarantee!) that a ticket for your role will be available later. But this is only if someone buys a single ticket for the other role. If there are no more couple tickets available, that means your role is completely sold out.

That means the availability of tickets for your role may change later due to purchases of tickets of the other role. If you want to purchase a ticket and your role is currently not available you can check later if that has changed.

Example:

Frank wants to buy a ticket for "Boogie Special Intermediate" and "Boogie Advanced" as a leader. Both tickets are not available for leader, so he cannot buy them right now. He checks for available couple tickets. For both workshops, there are still couple tickets available. That means, if a follower buys a ticket (not a couple ticket!), there will be a leader ticket again. Frank checks the shop later to see if single follower tickets have been sold in the meantime. He finds out that "Boogie Special Intermediate" does not have tickets of his own role and couple tickets aren't available either. That means in the meantime "Boogie Special Intermediate" has been sold out for his role, and he will not be able to purchase tickets for that workshop at all. For "Boogie Advanced" on the other hand, the shop shows available tickets for his role. He purchases "Boogie Advanced" only.

Wie funktionieren Leader- und Follower-Tickets? Die lange Antwort:

Um ein ausgeglichenes Leader/Follower-Verhältnis zu haben lassen wir nur einen gewissen Überschuss zu. Wenn es also nicht zu viele Anmeldungen einer Rolle gibt ist diese Rolle noch verfügbar, solange nicht der ganze Workshop schon ausverkauft ist. Wenn es keine Tickets für deine Rolle, aber für die andere Rolle gibt bedeutet dass, dass der maximale Überschuss für deine Rolle erreicht ist. Solange noch Paartickets verfügbar sind gibt es eine Chance (aber keine Garantie!), dass Tickets deiner Rolle später wieder zur Verfügung stehen – aber nur, wenn jemand ein Ticket der anderen Rolle kauft. Wenn es nicht einmal mehr Paar-Tickets gibt, dann ist der Workshop für deine Rolle komplett ausverkauft. Gibt es noch Partnertickets kannst du später noch einmal vorbei schauen, ob es in der Zwischenzeit doch noch Tickets für deine Rolle gibt.

Concerning Payment

We use the services of PayPal for our tickets. However you do not need a PayPal account to buy tickets for the festival. When you proceed to check-out, in the segment "Choose a Payment Gateway" you have the option "Ohne PayPal bezahlen / Pay without Paypal". Choose this option, then follow the instructions and click on the yellow "PayPal" button to proceed. If you get asked again to log into your PayPal account, look for an option "Pay with credit/debit card".

Für die Kaufabwicklung unserer Tickets nutzen wir den Service von PayPal. Trotzdem gilt: du musst keinen PayPal Account haben um Tickets für das Festival kaufen zu können. Wenn du deinen Einkauf abschließen möchtest und auf "Weiter zur Kasse" klickst, kannst du unter "Zahlungsart auswählen" die Option "Ohne PayPal bezahlen / Pay without Paypal" auswählen. Klicke anschließend auf das gelbe "PayPal"-Feld. Auf der folgenden Seite wirst du wieder darum gebeten, dich in dein PayPal-Konto einzuloggen. Scrolle ggf. nach unten und schau nach einer Option namens "Mit Kredit- oder Debitkarte zahlen".
