Registration info

• If you cannot see the registration form below after registration start, you maybe need to reload the site or empty your cache. You can also try to open a "private window" in your browser.

• You can form your own schedule and need to select every option you wish to book (Also parties! They are not included in the workshop-ticket). 

• You can register as a single follower or leader (just leave the input fields for partner empty) or as a couple (fill in all input fields). If you fill in the input fields for your partner, your partner is directly registered! You do not need to do a second registration for your partner.

• When choosing your workshops, please be aware, that there are parallel classes which should not be purchased together. 

• Please check the level-descriptions before booking!

• Friday and Saturday parties can be booked either separately or together in the party pass, which includes both parties.

Concerning Payment

After your registration you'll get a first mail about your order. This is not a confirmation, yet. When we processed your registration, you'll get a second confirmation mail with the payment information and you'll have to pay via bank transfer within the next 7 days! We don't send another mail after your payment. if you don't hear anything from us anything is fine! You'll get more information from us, shortly before the festival!

Registration as a single leader or follower

For a balanced experience we only allow a certain number of surplus leaders or followers. Therefore, if there is an adequate balance, tickets for both roles are available as long as the workshop is not already sold out completely. If there are no spots available for your role, we'll inform you after your registration that you are on our waiting list. If there is a spot again for your role, we process the waiting list after the date of registration and you get informed by us! If you are on the waiting list, you can find a partner by your own. If you find a partner afterwards, please make sure that this person puts your name in the form during the registration process!

Infos zur Anmeldung

• Falls das Anmeldeformular nach Beginn der Anmeldung unter diesem Text nicht angezeigt wird, lade die Seite bitte neu oder leere deinen Cache. Du kannst auch versuchen, das Formular in einem „privaten Fenster“ deines Browsers zu öffnen.

• Du kannst dir deinen eigenen Stundenplan zusammenstellen und musst jede Option auswählen, die du buchen möchtest (auch die Partys! Diese sind nicht im Workshop-Ticket enthalten).

• Du kannst dich entweder als einzelner Follower oder Leader anmelden (lasse die Felder für den Partner einfach leer) oder als Paar (fülle alle Eingabefelder aus). Wenn du die Felder für deinen Partner ausfüllst, wird dieser direkt mit angemeldet! Eine separate Anmeldung für deinen Partner ist dann nicht mehr nötig.

• Bei der Auswahl deiner Workshops beachte bitte, dass es parallele Kurse gibt, die nicht gemeinsam gebucht werden sollten.

• Bitte lies vor der Buchung die Level-Beschreibungen sorgfältig durch!

• Die Partys am Freitag und Samstag können entweder einzeln oder zusammen als Party-Pass gebucht werden, der beide Partys enthält.

Bezahlung

Nach deiner Anmeldung erhältst du zunächst eine E-Mail zu deiner Bestellung. Diese stellt noch keine Bestätigung dar. Sobald wir deine Anmeldung bearbeitet haben, erhältst du eine zweite Bestätigungsmail mit den Zahlungsinformationen. Du musst dann innerhalb von 7 Tagen per Banküberweisung bezahlen!

Wir senden nach dem Zahlungseingang keine weitere E-Mail. Wenn du nichts mehr von uns hörst, ist alles in Ordnung! Kurz vor dem Festival erhältst du dann weitere Informationen von uns.

Anmeldung als einzelner Leader oder Follower

Für ein ausgeglichenes Tanzerlebnis erlauben wir nur eine bestimmte Anzahl an überzähligen Leaders oder Followers im Anmeldeprozess. Sollten für deine Rolle keine Plätze mehr verfügbar sein, informieren wir dich nach deiner Anmeldung, dass du auf der Warteliste stehst. Wenn später wieder Plätze für deine Rolle frei werden, bearbeiten wir die Warteliste nach dem Anmeldedatum und du wirst von uns benachrichtigt!

Wenn du auf der Warteliste stehst, kannst du dir auch selbstständig einen Partner suchen. Falls du im Nachhinein einen Partner findest, achte bitte darauf, dass diese Person bei der Anmeldung deinen Namen im Formular angibt!
